Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or automatically calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday volume.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the United States.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier.
Please note:
Delivery times vary by country (generally 7–21 business days)
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees where applicable
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
MYLIO is not responsible for:
packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details
If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at support@myliofragrances.com.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
your order number
photos of the packaging and damaged item
We will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, MYLIO is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you believe your package is missing:
check with neighbors or building management
contact the carrier directly
then reach out to us and we will assist however we can
Shipping Restrictions
Due to alcohol content in fragrances, certain carriers or regions may have shipping limitations.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.
